What is in the program?
Starting from August 4th we will devote next 8 classes to the Health of Abdominal organs and Digestive system and Reproductive system. Each class will have certain topic and will address some particular problem. 

This course is recommended to Certified Iyengar Yoga teachers and students with minimum 6 years experience of Iyengar Yoga.

Who are participants?
Iyengar yoga teachers and good practitioners, who can do Sarvangasana 5 min and Sirsasana 1 min (with the wall is OK) and who know how to adjust their practice to their health conditions. We will go further than that!

Olga Bishop, Certified Senior 2 Iyengar Yoga teacher.
